Follow the instructions below to clear cache in the Microsoft Edge web browser on the desktop.
Click on … ( three dots ) at the top right corner to open the menu.
The Settings in Microsoft Edge can be accessed from the … icon at the top right corner.

From the Settings sidebar, click on Privacy, Search, and devices.
Scroll down to Clear browsing data. Click on Choose What to Clear.

on Windows to directly open the Clear browsing data options.Select the Time range and click on Clear Now.
In the Clear browsing data, to clear cache issues, make sure Cookies and other site data, and Cached images and files are selected. Under the Time range option, you can select the period from which the data needs to be cleared. It is recommended to select All Time to ensure the cache is properly cleared.
Restart the browser.
Finally, as an optional step, close the web browser and open it again.
